Our Services

These services are built for businesses that have outgrown ad-hoc decisions, disconnected tools, and reactive execution.

The focus is not on adding more systems or people, but on designing how the business works — and then making the right changes stick.

Business Diagnostic & Roadmap

Clarity before execution

Most businesses don’t struggle because they lack tools, people, or effort. They struggle because they keep fixing the wrong things.

The same problems keep surfacing in different forms because you’re treating symptoms, not causes.

The Business Diagnostic shows why problems keep repeating in your business and what actually needs to change to reach your goal, in the right order.

When this is the right service

This is for you if:

  • You’ve tried tools, hires, or automations and things still feel difficult
  • You’re running multiple businesses, projects, or revenue streams and you’ve lost clear line of sight on what’s actually happening
  • Too much still depends on you, even after hiring
  • You’re busy, but not confident you’re working on the right problems

If you’re looking for someone to “just set up a tool,” this isn’t it.

If you want clarity before committing more time, money, or people—this is your service.

This is step 0 before operating models, blueprints, or large system builds, so you don’t design the right solution to the wrong problem.

What you get

A clear explanation of:

  • Why certain problems keep coming back
  • What needs to change to reach your goal and what must come before anything else
  • Which work you should stop doing for now

Plus concrete next steps:

  • Which processes need to change
  • Which tools to introduce, fix, or remove
  • Where roles or responsibilities need adjustment

Not a generic report. Not a long to-do list.

A logic you can actually follow.

Many clients tell me this is the first time the business “makes sense again.”

What happens after

Once the analysis is done, you decide how to move forward.

Three paths:

  1. Implementation with me — I help execute the changes directly
  2. Implementation with your team — I manage the project and guide execution
  3. Implementation without me — You take the analysis and execute on your own

The analysis stands on its own. You’re not locked into anything.

Some clients stop after this phase intentionally. They got the clarity they needed.

Timeline & Pricing

The analysis takes 3–4 weeks.

€3,500 for single-business operators
€5,000 for multi-business or multi-revenue-stream setups

Operating Model & Systems Design

This service typically follows the Business Diagnostic & Roadmap, once priorities and sequencing are clear.

From clarity to a business that runs.

Once the diagnostic is complete, this work turns insight into structure.

The focus is on designing how the business should operate day to day:

  • how work flows end to end

  • who owns what decisions

  • how roles, processes, and systems fit together

  • where technology supports execution instead of creating friction

This is where the roadmap becomes a concrete operating model and system design that the business can actually run on.

Some clients engage for full implementation.
Others use this phase to build a clear blueprint their internal team or external partners can execute.

Either way, the goal is the same:
less dependency, clearer ownership, and systems that scale with the business instead of against it.

Pricing: will be discussed during diagnostic

1-Hour Strategic Consult

A focused session to unblock a decision or clarify next steps.

This is for founders who want an outside perspective on a specific situation — without committing to a longer engagement.

You’ll leave with:

  • clearer framing of the problem

  • concrete next steps

  • guidance on what not to do yet

This is not a tool setup or implementation session. It’s a strategic sounding board.

Pricing

€500
Includes a short pre-call questionnaire and brief written follow-up.
